The shamanic drum is an instrument first birthed by our ancient ancestors as a way to harmonise with the rhythms of life and the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
Upon entering a harmonic trance, the subtle underlying force of nature opened up, giving them clear access to deeper and higher dimensions of reality. From here they received clear vibrational frequencies that were brought back to physical reality, translated into a greater sense of purpose and information that was to be essential for their evolution, the evolution of the community and so on.
The shamanic drum has been integral to our evolution, taking on slightly different faces, shapes and practices depending on location and tradition. This sacred tool is woven into our DNA and so, not only does everyone intuitively know how to play it, we feel it as a deep resonance on cellular level.
The shamanic drum can aid us in our evolution today in the same way. Entering into this familiar trance, we are opening a portal to intuition where we can remember our true purpose in life and everything is clearly known. The drum invites focus, strength and clarity.
If you feel drawn to any drum, trust your first instinct. Every drum made here is birthed with absolute clarity. Somewhere during the process, the drum begins to make itself. It begins to take on its own life force and character. In that moment, the connection between the drum and it’s future owner is made.
